| Note(s) | The RIAI Silver Medal for Housing is a biennial award made to encourage excellence of design in housing. Awarded since 1955 retrospectively for a completed project the purpose of the medal is to give public recognition to housing schemes of exceptional merit. Three awards were made - a winning project and two highly commended projects. |
